Sailor-style spaghetti

Peel the tomatoes and seeds, cut into wedges, put in a pan with olive oil, add garlic and basil, salt. Simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes. When the sauce is almost ready, add wine and finely chopped capers. Boil spaghetti in salted water, strain, season with sauce, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
