boil and place the pasta in serving pans, large pans or baking trays greased with fat and sprinkled with crumbs. mix raw eggs with milk, add salt and, if desired, a little sugar and stir well. pour the pasta with this mixture. sprinkle them with crumbs or crumbs of grated cheese, drizzle with butter and bake.
