Semolina - 100 g, or Corn grits - 100 g, Water - 30 g, Vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp. spoons, Flour - 0.5 tsp, Salt - 1-2 pinches, Butter - 20 g

Salt is dissolved in water.
Semolina (or small corn) grits are poured onto a large tray.
Grits are sprayed with salt water and vegetable oil.
Rub in circular motions until the rump is lumped (15-30 minutes). Lightly sprinkled with flour.
Continue to rub until the lumps reach the milling grain (10-20 minutes).
The sieve or colander is lined with cotton fabric in 2-3 layers. Grits are poured into a sieve, tightly inserted into a suitable saucepan with boiling water. The pan is covered with a lid and a four-fold towel (or the same cloth).
