Go through the cereals, rinse well with boiling water to remove bitterness and torment (2- 3 times), pour the cereals into boiling salted water and let it boil for 10 minutes. Add oil or margarine, mix, close with a lid and put in a roasting cabinet on a water bath. After 2 hours, when the cereal is resting and will crumble, put it in a large sauté pan or other dishes, season it with strained cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, oil and salt. Sour cream may not be added to the mass. Mix everything well and spread in a thick layer into a small saucepan, mold or baking tray, lubricating them with oil and sprinkling with crumbs, smooth, drizzle with melted oil or lubricate with sour cream and bake in a roasting cupboard until a ruddy surface forms. Release with oil or sour cream
