Rice porridge baked in pumpkin

cut the top of the pumpkin, remove the flesh, carefully scrape out the entire core. lightly boil rice, mix it with pumpkin pulp (having previously chosen seeds from it), salt, add sour cream, raisins, butter, cinnamon, sugar, yolks and whipped proteins. stir the resulting mass, fill the pumpkin with it and close with the previously cut top. bake in the oven.
