Take a mixture of cereals (let's say: millet and barley, corn or rice and wheat, corn and barley). The main thing is that one of the cereals is solid, and the other (or others) is crushed. Grate vegetables, at least two types, on a coarse grater. For a glass of a mixture of cereals - a glass of vegetables. Put a third of the vegetables on the bottom of the dishes, a layer of cereals on them, then a layer of vegetables again, and so on, so that you get three layers (vegetables - on top). Fill everything with hot salted water, so that the top layer of vegetables is closed by it. Put in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes. Serve with sour cream
