Semolina porridge on cranberry juice

rinse the cranberries, ceiling and squeeze the juice. pour the squeezes with water and boil. strain the resulting decoction, add sugar, salt and bring to a boil. dilute semolina with cranberry juice, pour into boiling syrup and brew thick semolina porridge. pour hot porridge into baking trays, allow to cool, then cut into portions and serve with cream.

semolina - 0.5 cups, cranberries - 1 cup, water - 2.5 cups, cranberry juice - 2.5 cups, sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons, cream - 0.5 cups, salt to taste
