potatoes must be peeled, cut into thin slices and salted. you can fry it in two ways: either the potatoes are fried along with finely chopped onions, or slices of potatoes and onions are fried separately and then mixed. they can be served to the table in this form, or they are poured with 2 tbsp. spoons of water and put to extinguish for a few more minutes; it turns out something like potato sauce.
