Beet side dish

Wash the beetroot and bake in the oven (or cook). Cool, peel and cut into strips. Rinse parsley with warm water and finely shave. Mix the beetroot with the parsley and season with salt, red and black ground pepper, vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly and transfer to a salad bowl. This dish can be served separately, or it can be served as a side dish to boiled or fried meat.
