Pork lard potato dish

potatoes are cooked in peel, peeled and cut into medium-sized slices. finely chopped onions are fried in a pan with preheated vegetable oil. when the onion is porous, sliced lard is added to it, which should brown. you have to stir all the time. flour is added when the flour is browned, diluted with a small amount of tomato sauce or juice. all together should boil for 10 - 15 minutes. potatoes are put in this sauce, which are boiled in it for another 10 minutes. served warm to the table.
