Potato dish with olives

the peeled potatoes are cut into quarters. finely chopped onions and flour together with chopped greens are browned separately in vegetable oil. juice from 4-5 tomatoes (tomato juice or puree) is added. some water is poured in. in this sauce, potatoes are stewed. Butter must be kept for 2 hours in warm water so that they are not very salty, they are placed in the sauce at the same time as potatoes. should boil for 30 minutes. is dressed with pepper. this dish is served at the table, preventing the sauce from finally boiling out.
