Mushroom stuffed egg

Hard-boiled eggs are cut lengthwise into 2 parts, yolks are removed and ground. Mushrooms are chopped, slightly stewed in vegetable oil and cooled. Then one mixes with ground egg yolks, finely chopped sprats, mayonnaise. The proteins are stuffed with the obtained mixture and decorated with parsley sprigs.
