How to make scrambled eggs with onions: Peel and finely chop the onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Simmer the peeled and finely chopped onions over a low heat for 10 minutes in oil in a pan (or in another deep dish with a lid). Add 3-4 tbsp. spoons of water, a pinch of salt, often stir.

Break the eggs into a bowl, trying not to damage the yolks.

Then pour the onions with eggs, salt and fry for a few minutes over a low heat, without stirring. Occasionally shake the pan slightly so that the oil spreads evenly and the egg whites fry well.

Season the fried eggs with the onions with a pinch of red pepper or paprika and remove from the heat. Scrambled eggs and onions are ready.
