Fish collops under mayonnaise
1 serving
Cut the fish on a fillet without skin and, together with stale white bread soaked in milk, pass twice through a meat grinder. Add the raw egg, then the onion, salt, pepper, finely chopped boiled eggs lightly sprayed in butter. Mix. Cut into small balls and batch in wheat flour, giving the shape of a tortilla. In a pan heated with vegetable oil, fry the tortillas on both sides until a ruddy crust forms, then put on a serving pan, pour mayonnaise and bake in the oven. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
