Fresh herring collops homemade

Chop fresh herring fillet without skin with onions, add wheat bread soaked in milk or water (without crust), egg, salt, ground pepper. Mix well, shape oval tortillas, plan in crumbs of stale wheat bread wiped through a metal grater, shape the collops with a knife and fry in vegetable oil. When one side is toasted, turn the cutlets to the other side, put the finely chopped onions and fry until the onions are browned, and then put them in the oven for 3- 4 minutes. Before serving, pour butter over the cutlets and sprinkle with fried onions.
