A simple and quick recipe for semolina will help diversify your familiar family breakfasts.

semolina - 1 cup, sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon, milk - 200 g, water - 0.5 l, eggs - 1 pc., ground crumbs how much will go, butter for frying how much will go, sour cream to taste, or jam to taste

Cook semolina porridge in milk with water, add raw eggs to it, preliminarily mixed with sugar and salt, mix everything well and shape round rissoles from this mass. Seal the round rissoles in crumbs, fry on both sides in a well-heated pan. Serve with sour cream, jam or any sweet sauce to taste.
