Soak bread in milk. Cut the prepared chicken into pieces, separate the meat from the bones and pass it through a meat grinder with the bread. Salt the resulting minced meat, sprinkle with ground pepper, mix well and knock out until an air mass forms. Shape small flattened oval tortillas from it, fry in heated chicken fat until tender and cool.
