Cut the beef tenderloin into beefsteaks, salt, pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan, place the beefsteaks, fry on both sides without overcooking. In a bowl, break the eggs at the rate of 2 pcs per 1 steak, salt, add chopped parsley greens, beat slightly with a fork. When the steaks are browned, pour the eggs into the pan, pouring over the steaks. Once the scrambled eggs are toasted, serve in a frying pan.
