The meat is cut into portions, given a round shape 2 -

2. 5 cm thick, greased with vegetable oil and left for 2- 3 hours in a cool place, better in the refrigerator. Horseradish is cleaned, washed and planed, obtaining long, thin shavings. The meat is salted and immediately fried in highly heated fat on both sides until a ruddy crust forms (the meat should be pink inside). Ready-made beefsteaks are placed on a dish for each one with a piece of butter crushed with green onions. They are decorated with horseradish chips and greens. "Fries" potatoes are side-lined with boiled vegetables, green salad, peas, raw vegetable salad.
