Cut pork into slices about 2 cm thick.

In another pan, heat the butter over a medium heat. Place the shredded onions and fry, stirring, for about 3 minutes.
Add the flour, stirring, fry for about 3 minutes.
Pour in the stock, add cumin, black and allspice.
Add sour cream.
Pour the meat with onion-sour cream sauce, salt (optional), mix, bring to a boil, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish the finished dish with herbs. Serve the befstrogans well with the chips and leaf salad.
