Mushroom sauce

lightly fry the flour in butter, dilute with mushroom broth, stir until homogeneous mass is formed and cook over low heat for 10 - 15 minutes. then add finely chopped or shredded boiled mushrooms, toasted onions, peppercorns, bay leaves, salt and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

mushroom broth - 3 cups, dried mushrooms - 5 pcs., wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, onions - 3 pcs., fat - 2 tbsp. spoons, bay leaf to taste, pepper to taste, salt to taste
