go through the dried mushrooms, rinse thoroughly and pour cold water over them. after 4- 5 hours, remove the mushrooms, put them in dishes and fill them with the same water, but so as not to get sand from the bottom, which may be there. cook the mushrooms with a weak boiling until soft (1- 2 hours), remove them with a spoon, and strain the decoction without draining from the bottom. prepare a light yellow flour browning, cool slightly and dilute with a mushroom decoction, stir with a spatula and remove the foam. wash boiled mushrooms with hot water, drizzle with straws, put in a sauce, add chopped and spilled onions, boil and season with salt and ground pepper.
