Mushroom sauce

chop or shred the onions and fry. boiled mushrooms are added to the sautéed onions, crushed in the same way as onions, and toasting is continued for another 3- 5 minutes. browned flour is combined with mushroom broth and boiled for 45 minutes - 1 hours. then the sauce is salted, strained, prepared onions with mushrooms are put into it and boiled for another 10 - 20 minutes. after the sauce has cooled a little, season with butter.

mushroom broth - 325 g, margarine - 35 g, flour - 20 g, dried mushrooms - 20 g, onions - 275 g, butter - 15 g, salt to taste
