Spanish sauce with wine, mushrooms for beef, pork, game

Melt butter in a saucepan, put mushrooms there and fry them for 5 minutes. Pour wine into the saucepan and boil everything until the liquid is half reduced (this means that all the alcohol from the wine has evaporated). Add concentrated meat broth and red sauce. Cook over a low heat for another 15 minutes, then serve.
