Mushroom sauce

Mushrooms soaked in the evening are boiled until soft and crushed with a heavy knife (you can pass through a meat grinder). Flour is browned on calcined fat, diluted with mushroom decoction, crushed mushrooms are added and boiled for several minutes till thickening. At the very end of cooking, the sauce is salted and sour cream is poured into it. It's extremely delicious!
