Sour cream sauce to fish

Mix well 3 yolks, 1 tsp flour, 250g thick sour cream, 1 dessert spoon melted butter and some salt. Pour everything into a saucepan, cook over low heat until half-empty mass forms, stirring all the time. Then add a dessert spoon of mustard, mix thoroughly. Such a sauce, in addition to fish, can also be served with vegetables.
