"aingimatsh" (radish jam)

Peel the radish from the skin, grate on a coarse grater. Boil in boiling soda solution, roll on a sieve, rinse and squeeze slightly. Cook the thick honey syrup. Put radish in boiling syrup, add halves of peeled almonds. Cook until cooked. Spread the jam into jars and sprinkle crushed ginger on top.

radish - 1 kg, honey - 250 g, sugar - 500 g, almonds - 75 g, walnut - 5 g, ginger root to taste
