Mix 2 eggs, 4 egg yolks, 250 g of sugar and orange (or lemon) juice thoroughly for 30 minutes, then add flour and, after 10 minutes of kneading, add a strong foam of 4 egg whites to the mass. In a tray greased with oil sprinkled with flour, bake at medium temperature from the prepared mass of 2 cakes. Cut each of the ready-made layers into 2 long strips, interlayer them with cream and cream, and coat the cake on top. You can also decorate the product with cream whipped with sugar. Put the finished cake for several hours in a cold place.
