Cake "coziness"
Carefully cut the first cake in half horizontally with a sharp knife. For chocolate cream, cook sugar syrup on water so that a drop of syrup does not spread on the saucer. Add grated chocolate, remove from the heat, cool. Whisk the softened butter, adding the chocolate mass. Then add the egg yolks, a few drops of rum essence and beat the lush, smooth cream. Form a cake of three cakes, rinsing them with jam and chocolate cream.
