From butter, flour, egg yolks, sugar, salt and milk, knead the dough of medium consistency, divide it into 2 parts and put in a cold place for 1 hour. Prepare a cake baking tin (grease and sprinkle with flour), put half the dough in it, spread it with filling, cover with the second part of the dough, grease the surface with an egg and pierce in several places with a fork. Bake the cake in a hot oven.
