Rub the egg yolks well with sugar, add soda, flour, cocoa and strong foam of egg whites to them. Grease a large baking sheet with oil, sprinkle with flour, fill with prepared mass and bake it at medium temperature. Cut the baked dough into 3 long layers and interlayer them with cream. Place the cream on the upper layer, form a smooth convex surface and draw winding longitudinal lines on it with a fork. Put the cake prepared in this way in a cold place.
