Second option. Mix my shortbread dough from flour, sugar butter, yolks, sour cream and lemon juice, divide it into three parts. One part of the dough to live to the bottom of the mold, the second part to cover the inner edges of the mold, it should be well lubricated with oil and sprinkled with flour. Fill the overlaid form with dried fruits. Roll out the third part of the dough with a layer, cover the filled mold. Grease the cake thickly on top with egg and sprinkled with ground almonds with sugar. Optionally, you can add rum to the filling.
