Cake "fairy tale"

Beat 6 egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar into foam, add grated chocolate, ground hazelnut kernel, crushed caramel, sifted ground crumbs and 6 egg white foam into it. Put the cooked mass in a cake tin (greased with butter and sprinkled with crumbs) and bake at medium temperature. Cut the cooled cake with a sharp knife horizontally into 3 layers, layer them with cream foam whipped with vanilla sugar. Cover the top and sides of the cake with the same foam. Finish the cake surface with a pastry bag with a mixture of cocoa powder and cream foam.
