Grind 3 eggs and 3 yolks, gradually add sugar, grated chocolate, ground crumbs, cinnamon, cloves, grated lemon zest and almonds. Mix the dough well. Grease the baking tin and lay out the dough. Cut the finished bark into 2 layers, lubricate with any jam to taste and coat with chocolate glaze.
