Method of making dough: rub egg yolks and sugar well, add fried ground hazelnut kernel, grated chocolate and egg whites beaten into strong foam. Grease a large cake tin with oil, sprinkle with flour and put the cooked dough in it. Bake at medium temperature. Cut the finished pastry horizontally into 3 cakes. Lubricate two cakes with cream. Cut the remaining bark into small squares and decorate the cake on top.
