Chocolate egg white cake

Beat the egg whites into strong foam and, continuing to beat, gradually introduce sugar, liquid chocolate and flour into it. In a small baking sheet, lubricated and sprinkled with flour, bake three identical cakes from the prepared mass. Each layer should be cut into three long strips. Layer the 9 strips thus obtained and coat on top with cream whipped with sugar.
