Chocolate cake

Beat egg yolks and sugar into foam, add cocoa, almonds, butter and strong egg white foam to it. Grease the cake tin, sprinkle with flour, fill with dough and bake it at medium temperature. Cut the baked and already cooled cake horizontally into two layers, fill with fruit povidl and glaze with chocolate. The cake is usable after 3 days.

butter - 100 g, almonds - 160 g, sugar - 160 g, eggs - 6 pcs., chocolate to taste, cocoa - 60 g, fruit to taste
