Beat 3 egg whites into foam and, stirring, add powdered sugar, vinegar to it. Then put in a steam bath and beat until a foam of strong consistency is obtained. Grease the cake tin and bake three round layers in it. Once cool, layer them with chocolate cream. The whole cake is also cream-coated.
