Bird's milk

Boil the milk with 2 tbsp. spoons of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat strong foam from egg whites, put the foam in slightly boiling milk with a tablespoon; boil on one side for 3 minutes, on the other for another 3 minutes, then remove the foam galushki and remove the milk from the heat. Beat the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of icing sugar into foam, mix with the milk in which the foam dumplings were cooked, put the dishes on a low heat and, stirring constantly, cook until the mass begins to thicken. Remove from the heat and continue to stir until the mass cools a little. Pour the milk mass into a glassware, place the foam galushki on top and cool well. When served, you can sprinkle grated chocolate on the table.
