Beat 5 egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar into foam, add butter, sifted crumbs, cookie powder mixed with flour and strong foam of 5 egg whites to it. Grease the cake tin with butter, sprinkle with crumbs and bake in it at an average temperature four identical round layers. Prepare the cake in this way: cover the lower layer with cream, the second with fruit povidl, and sprinkle with ground nut on top, spread the third layer with cream again. Cover the whole cake with cream and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
