Carrot cake

A light airy dessert of healthy foods without flour and with a minimum of sugar is a carrot cake. The recipe for this dessert is uncomplicated and doesn't require expensive products or a lot of time. If an ordinary mixer is available, a carrot cake with nuts is prepared easily and simply.

eggs - 3 pcs., vanilla sugar - 100 g, toasted hazelnut - 100 g, carrots - 100 g, white crumbs - 3 tbsp. spoons, lemon (grated zest and juice) 1 pc.

Let's go directly to how to make a carrot cake. Mix egg yolks with vanilla sugar until foam-like mass is obtained, mix ground nut, grated carrots, grated zest and juice from one lemon, ground crumbs. At the end, carefully mix a strong foam of whipped egg whites. Bake in a greased, floured cake tin. Sprinkle more warm carrot cake with icing sugar.
