Mix the peeled ground almonds well with 200g sugar and egg yolks, add lemon juice and a strong foam of 6 egg whites to them. Bake 3 identical layers from the obtained mass and interleave them with cream. Lubricate the top and sides of the cake with cream, too. Decorate the surface with glazed fruits and put the product on ice for several hours.
