Honey cake with chocolate cream

Put sour cream, eggs, sugar dissolved in a small amount of water, honey, softened oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly for one to two minutes. Then add the flour, sifted with the soda, and knead the not-so-cool dough. Divide it into 12 parts, roll each into a 5-7 mm thick formation and bake the cakes in turn. Put the ready-made cakes on a dish, lubricating each with cream. Garnish the top layer of cream with grated chocolate or crushed nuts.
