In egg whites beaten into strong foam, introduce hot honey and beat the mass until cooled. Rub the egg yolks with 20g of sugar, add frothy honey, semolina, ground nut kernel, cloves and cinnamon to them. Grease the cake tin, sprinkle with flour and fill with a well-mixed cake mass. Bake the product at an average temperature of about 30 minutes, remove warmly from the mold and coat with sugar glaze made from 200 g of sugar.
