Honey "tea"

Whisk the eggs with sugar, add the honey, crushed and toasted nuts, pour in the tea and vinegar-extinguished soda and mix well. Then pour in the sifted flour and knead the elastic dough. Line a baking tin or deep frying pan with parchment paper, pour the dough into it, put in a preheated oven and bake over a medium heat for 35-45 minutes.
