Chilled puff dough prepared according to the main recipe, roll out into 4 thin squares. We put them on a baking sheet wetted with cold water, heat them up in several places with a fork so that bubbles do not form and bake them in the oven until golden yellow. We roll out the trimmings from the "squares, " bake on the same protvin to brown and grind into crumbs. We spread the lower layer with powite, the second with cream, and so on, putting the cakes on top of each other. We cover the top of the cake with cream, sprinkle with crumbs, decorate with chocolate chips, compote berries.
