Mix 2 whole eggs and 8 egg yolks until foamed, add vanilla sugar and ground nuts, ground crumbs and strong foam of whipped egg whites, divide the resulting mass into 2 parts. Add grated chocolate to one of them. Bake them in a butter-greased, floured cake tin, spread the chocolate-free cake with any sight or jam, cover with chocolate and glaze.
