Prepare a dough of medium consistency (if it turns out to be too dry, add a little water), divide into 3 parts and roll each with a layer. In one formation, cut holes with a small circular shape for stamping cookies. Bake the layers in a greased and floured cake tin, but prevent them from browning. Lay one baked cake on the bottom of the mold, spread half the filling and cover with a second layer, on which to put the rest of the filling. Lay the plate with holes on top and press it slightly so that the filling comes out. Place the cake thus prepared in a hot oven and bake for 15 minutes.
