Strawberry cream cake
Who doesn't like strawberry cake? The recipe given here suggests making a strawberry cake with an unusually delicious creamy strawberry filling.
eggs - 6 pcs., yolk - 6 pcs., sugar powder - 150 g, butter - 150 g, flour - 200 g, baking powder (optional) 1-2 tsp, whipped cream for decoration to taste, strawberries for decoration to taste
Mix whole eggs, egg yolks, powdered sugar and, continuously whisking, steam until a thick consistency is obtained. Then, continuing to beat until the mass cools, add the flour and gradually pour in the melted, but not hot oil. Grease the cake tin with butter, put the mass in it and bake in the oven at a moderate temperature (160-170 degrees) until tender (45-60 minutes, time depends on the size of the shape). Cool the finished cake, cut horizontally in half. Grease one bark with strawberry filling (whipped cream with strawberries), cover with a second bark, also grease it with filling. Garnish the strawberry cake with sugar-whipped cream and strawberry berries sprinkled with sugar.
