water - 0.5 cups, sugar - 0.66 cups, citric acid to taste
Syrup preparation: Pour the sugar into a saucepan of water, boil and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes, removing the foam. Add citric acid at the end of cooking. Strain and cool the finished syrup.
